Looking for suggestions of sites where I could launch my boat on the shores of Annecy

Seen this place right on the the lake...http://www.camping-lac-bleu.com/gb/ Pitches look a good size at 10m x10m hopefully large enough to accommodate your boat etc..prices are a bit steep though.

Thanks Mark - anywhere round Annecy seems pricey!

Pete, have you looked on searchforsites.com (a member on here) as you can see there are loads on his site directory for you to look at and maybe find one to suit you.

The reason I realized is that you mentioned the site while we were at Crich so I have been on it this afternoon , I was searching sites near Tintagel , of the 2 nearest I found on there ,one no longer exists and the other is misspelt so it took a while to find details of it , I have emailed them so they can correct it. But being the first time I have used the site I was very impressed despite those couple of glitches

Baza I pretty sure you can park up for a small charge in the car park next to one of the pub/restaurants in the main town otherwise there is a larger campsite 500 yards around the corner. We have stayed on both over the past 5 years or so!

Hi Pete, we have stayed twice before at Annecey but on Aires both of which were on the edge of the lac but I don't think you would be welcome with your boat and security would be an issue.
