Alde heating

Post by Leapy on Tue 1 Mar 2016 - 7:48

Finally managed to get MH into dealer for service on Alde heating- after draining it all down and refilling - they cant get it to work!!
The water will only travel  a few centimetres from boiler and then it trips out
An air lock? - they are saying it could be pump but all was working ok before it went in
Am awaiting  a solution !!

We had ours done as a 3 year change in Wellingbough I have the name somewhere. When they change the glycol they have to purdge the system with a pump took a couple of hours and cost about £170 now good for 5 years with the new fluid.
