Hot water system

Finally decided that winter as finally gone so I filled Gladys up with water.
Really pleased as no air locks in the taps but can't get any hot water either on gas or electric

It is a Truma Ultrastore rapid system

I have left it on gas for 1/2 hour and still stone cold I have checked gas is coming through eg stove
Also took the cowl of

I also tried it on elec first but no joy

Left it on gas for another hour and see then

Just thought will it have a fuse somewhere

Any ideas

Someone posted a couple of months back but can't find it to see the outcome

Not expert andys your man but sounds like power problem on the gas sidr need 240 elec or12volt egnite gas

Is there water flowing from the hot taps or not?
Paul had trouble at Easter and he's turned out to be a faulty non return valve.

Yes water flowing nicely

But

It is working now well of elec Will try gas tomorrow

But think all is ok but if not will let you know

I threatened it with the screwdriver
