Close to local amenities and park and ride for Bridlington or easily walkable

Directions to site
Head for Bridlington park and ride.
If entering via Carnaby past John Bull rock makers. At the roundabout after the John Bull turn left. At the next roundabout turn right towards park and ride. The road is fenced with high wooden plank/panels - at the next small roundabout turn right travelling down a narrow road. Follow the road until you arrive at two semi houses on the left and a gate on the right and in front of you.
The post code is YO15 3QL
the coordinations of the field are N54' 03.594" W0' 12.801"

We need to make sure cool box is nice & cold for those beers while catching them fish on the loire! 

I daren't make any comments about Amboise rally v Bridlington raly as Shuggy took the huff last time and thought we were serious!!  I'm not sure about making jokes now!!

No dont worry it's not Amboise v Bridlington at all, we just happen to be going to france & a few of us are meeting up.

Honest Mel, take no notice of anybody you all have a brilliant time in Bridlington and we will do the same in Amboise, we are all good friends on here

Just back from our Spanish adventure, we might attend this one....if we've still got the van (or another one).

It'll be up for sale in the next week, that's after a damn good cleaning !! Sahara dust, Benidorm sand  etc...

Hi Mark,  we went from a big van (2 vans ago) to a less big van (our last van), and then to our current van which is much smaller than the last two at 6.35 metres, we're now looking for a van probably nearer to 7.5 m long, lots on the shopping list, and all of them in Germany!

Staying at Mimizan Plage on the way back home we were invited into a very nice german's Phoenix, it was immmaculate with a superb layout, definately on our shopping list, as are many more, all appear to be German made !!!

We are sorry we are going to miss this meet as we wanted to regain the coveted "Homers Cup for Boules" sadly won by our French contingent in 2013, I think we have plenty of good players attending and if Frank goes we have deffo got a chance, so come on guys n dolls lets have it back in the UK.

We hope you all have a great time in sunny Bridlington, special greetings to Christine and Mel and hope you both in rude health, hope to meet up somewhere soon for a chat.

Lots of folk on Out and About say they go to Auchan in Boulogne Bob, so perhaps that would be a compromise but no help if your not going that way   

The few always seem to spoil it for the majority - rotters!

Polly Regatta Field is quite easy to find just follow the signs for the Bridlington park and ride. When you turn right at a roundabout, if coming from the south of Bridlington, the road is fenced with quite high wood planks/panels. As soon as you enter this road you will come to a small roundabout where you turn right on to a narrow road. Follow the road for what seems a long way and you will come to two semi detached houses on the left the Regatta Field gate is on the right in front of you. Should be some motorhomes in the field hopefully

We will be there Friday evening about 8pm; our first ever meet so not sure what happens??!!

Don't worry, we're a friendly bunch   
Arriving at that time will just be right time for the beer tent opening
