| Followed the link and downloaded the program, it has bee a real nuisance, wish I had never seen the post. It has changed my BT home page to its home page and changed my Google Chrome home page to its home page, can't change them back by normal means. Have now uninstalled the program which seems to have done the trick, BT desk top help needed updating so went to do that but am informed that I need IE 6 or above (I'm using IE 11), tried to make BT my home page but am informed my computer needs upgrading and so it goes on. Stay clear of the program is my advice. | |

| The camera /video thingy, can't quite remember now, it was to change different types of video into a more common form I think, unfortunately it installed and changed things that you aren't made aware of. | |
