I will be calling at Wolverley C&CC then meet up with you all and when we say our goodbyes I move up to Kingbury Water Park C&CC for 2 nights then onto Conkers C&cC for another 2 nights and then home

You see it is mid season also age concession and 1 person dont pay for izzy so with elec £10 p/n so I might as well would have been cheaper without elec

A few points to note about rallies at Riverside Caravan Park

About Rallies

Price: £11.00 per night in 2013, £12.00 per night in 2014

We have a large rally field offering up to 90 pitches, this area is naturally split by the pathway that connects Riverside Park to Rayford Park so we can host either a large single group or 2 smaller groups. Each side of the field has 16 Electric hook up points, these are operated by electric cards which cost £5.00 each. Then we have £1.00 top up cards.

We also offer 2 drinking water points, waste water disposal & chemical toilet disposal.

Members attending a rally can use our café, river taxi,bar/ clubhouse facilities & childrens play area. They can also take advantage of the mile and a half of free fishing on the river Avon.

Important notes

To constitute a Rally there must be a minimum of 10 units attending and you must be a registered club holding a valid exemption certificate. If you fail to reach this amount the units attending will be charged at the applicable nightly rate of the site.
Bank Holidays – Rallies must be for a minimum of 7 nights and a minimum of 32 members attending.
One free place will be given for a marshal on groups between 10 and 20 paying units.
Two free places will be given for a marshal and an assistant marshal for groups of over 20 paying units.
We allow the marshal and assistant marshal to arrive on site the day before the rally and stay on site for 1 night at the end of the rally to clear up. If any of your members want to arrive before your official start date or stay on after the rally has finished they can do so but they would have to stay on Riverside Park and pay the applicable fees directly to the site.
Use of the toilet and shower block - Rallies are supposed to be self sufficient and not require use of these facilities. If your members should require use of the parks facilities this will be permitted by prior arrangement only at a cost of £2.50 per unit per night. If for any reason we are unable to provide the toilet and shower facilities to a rally we may be able to move small parties to the touring field at the standard touring price. (excluding bank holidays)
Rally Marshals must be here and ready for the arrival of their members and that your Rally signs are sufficiently displayed. Arrival onto the Rally should be no earlier than 10am or the official start time of your Rally and the latest arrival time is 8pm or dusk (which ever is the earliest). Anyone arriving after this time will not be permitted on park.

Ken if we do not get ten units do we have to pay full price

Don't think so, when I booked I told them 6-10, we are the second rally thats why we can only have 15 units

Great to have you with us

Think we will be leaving you all on the Sunday, heading down towards Torquay area, sat on the M5 many a time in bank holiday traffic so don't really want to travel down on Monday

M5 most trafic will be traveling north on monday comeing back from south dont you think

Every time I have been stuck on it it has been going south

We have used it loads as we go south four or five times a year at hlliday times only place have trouble is bristol can slow or stop most motor way hold up are crashes can not judge these m25 my pet hate now that does stop

Will you be coming Friday? or will you have to wait 24 hour for the adhesive to set

Don't know the answer to that yet Ken. I will call them tomorrow and ask but we will be put out if we have to leave it 24 hrs. They didn't say anything today when they confirmed the booking and assigned an engineer.

Hope to be there on the Friday but will let you know definitely as soon as we know.

Well I have rung Roadpro and they have said that it will be fine to drive away but I don't know what time we will be leaving there. We will definitely be there Friday but not sure of the time, I suspect about 5'ish.
