| Allen it's deffo not Lytham as it warn and sunny, Mark yes we had a great drive down, we did 600 miles in cruise control at 55mph never been on such empty motorways in my life, only touched the pedals when we stopped for lunch and refuel. | |

| It is from Santander to Cadiz, and yes it was very boring even when it snowed, unlike the UK every junction had a snow plough ready for action. We climbed for over two hours through the mountains with super views of snow covered tops and saw loads of buzzards and hawks also storks on all the towers of the power lines | |

| Do hope it's not to bad Frank, one tip is to eat as soon as you board, contrary to beliefs it's better to have a full stomach rather that an empty one.
We ate at the salad bar as soon as we got on, had breakfast there next day but used the Al a Carte for dinner before we got off, good food and vino but expensive, hey ho we are on holiday. | |
