Germany to charge foreign cars to drive the Autobahns

Why can't we do the same thing then?
But we wouldn't just charge the foreigners, us Brits would have to pay it too  
And it would be a way of getting the immigrants who drive on foreign plates to contribute a bit of something

We were told this was going to happen last year when we went to Bavaria so its no surprise to us, but if they do they have got to sort our road charges accordingly and with the same benefits the germans will get.

Most of Europe is now toll road chargeable so why should we pay over there and they do not over here, it will happen before long but you can bet the UK citizens will lose out as usual   

I think that foreign drivers (especially lorries) should have a tag system to use our roads, but our Government likes equality and won't pay for a decent system.    

stop moaning you all love the germans,this will make them richer and they can give all their poor pensioners more money.that might make to help them to smile.

well the cheating barstewards fullt deserved to be trounced,not 1 german did i see rolling about as if hes been hit by my left hook,but at every oppertunity the nuts where flying up and down and screaming at the ref to book the said german.all the bbc pundits getting paid thousands and not1 of them pointed this out,they tried to cheat there way to the final.and robben will do the same tonight.i say if you dive 20 match ban and a 50,000 fine.you will never see a dive again.SORTED.

I think they should do the road charges over in France for none residents of France.....that should catch the Germans (as there are many many) the Brits the Scots, the welsh ,the Irish(as there are many many) the Nederland's (as there are many many)..the Belgium's ( as there are many many).the Spanish ( as there are many in the southern area).the Italians (as there are many) and let us tax paying, Residents, and French, go free.....lovely

From the 1st April 2014? all foreign lorries entering Britain have to pay some sort of toll to use our roads. British registered lorries have to pay a toll but the HGV road fund license has been considerably reduced.
