| From my experience of working in a Building Society and not knowing how old your Mortgage is Ken, there used to be a clause that said you could only make additional/redemption payments on a certain day of the year. Might be worth checking that does not apply to yours. Just a thought.  | |

| No, it's not that Cheryl, even nationwide aren't sure why it's happening they assure me it will go through this time, paying all the interest back from when my mortgage was supposed to finish about a month ago, and they are sending me some compensation for all my trouble and telephone costs _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| And we try again  They tell me they do receive the payment so its not a Nat West problem, it fails when it goes to the final department, they are going to monitor it again and make sure it goes through this time, now im sure i have heard that one before!
