I've just copied the above from near the top of website. It's same on our laptop so can't be just this phone. Anyone else noticed this ?
Also still got the cookies bar across the screen mentioned before

| As Jan said it's a user option, you set your own time zone in your profile, they have recently updated it that's why you need to set it again.

Show cookies
And see if Motor-Homers is on the list
