is it not possible to hold the agm in bridlington this looks like its going to be the biggest meet of the year.it will be warm.and the tents could be used as the meeting room{save on costs etc}and with a little bit of planning we could have a meal together with stupid party hats on.just a thought.

well its 100yds to the beach and it will be mackerel season when where there,we could have another few hours on a chartered fishing boat.or beachcasting. fail to prepare,prepare to fail.

The committee have been discussing this all week & although it's a great idea in principle the AGM will still be held this year at Christmas. It has however been discussed that it would be a great advantage to hold a general meeting at Bridlington because of the possible numbers attending, therefore any topics or ideas etc... can be covered. Hope this is in agreement for everyone. Thanks Mark.
