Who knows how to use these damn things? Embarassed
What I'm trying to do is a database of sites that we can refer to for bookings, I want in it
Name of site
Name of Contact
Telephone Number
Email address
Site address
Town
County

Now if I am right, with a data base you can filter these in Alphabetical order, so its easy to find the site name, the county Etc
So, who can let me into the secret of working the bleeding things Very Happy

I used to do simple ones as well on my PC and have done them on a Mac but they are not always compatible.

Ken
Easiest way is to look at the ones already built and adapt/ change them
Well it is in Microsoft Access anyway

Cheers Steve,
Decided to scrap the idea now and just put them in a file or a spreadsheet.
Trouble is I'm on Ubuntu and can't find a suitable package that can read microsoft's file extensions so would make it hard sharing the file anyway, plus some used Mac's, probably have another problem there

I use that for word processing and spreadsheets, it has a drawing option and a presentation option too but couldn't find a database
