I am disappointed to find..........

that members have not contacted me with suggestions of meet/rally locations as per the General Meeting July 2015.

Fully serviced pitches, entertainment, bars, restaurants, great shop all on site right near Fordingbridge town.

Sandy Balls is 120 acres of woods and parkland in the New Forest, between Godshill and Fordingbridge, in Hampshire, UK. It is bounded on the western edge by the River Avon. Now run as a holiday centre, Sandy Balls is owned by the Westlake family.

We could go there Mark but I dont think they take rallies unless you know different.

Yes Jan I enquired about this last year & there is plenty of room with all hard standing.

Thats good I will keep them in mind. Doesnt mention it on website.

There was an autotrail (ATOC) Rally there last week with about 50 vans there!!

As long as they dont want a minimum number. When I contacted sites before a lot wanted a set number.

You'll just have to find out didn't ask about numbers.

Joyce, we have been asked this before and I believe members have put in their suggestions.  There has to be a post somewhere on here with a list of members preferred sites.  Perhaps Ken can help with its location.

I have been back through all the posts and taken notes of all suggestions and can or will  book accordingly but unfortunately I have been waiting for the Brid dates which have not  been forth coming - no fault of anyone.

One other point to note is Ken has booked lots of meets in the past and had to cancel them due to lack of interest so it is very disheartening trying to sort out meets.

Hi there committee I will be arangeing three events for 2016 for charity if commitee happy to put these on here for motorhomers to join in .if this is ok

Not yet just sorting with organisations runing will get back to you soon on holiday for week will sort when back .
