£10 per unit night plus usual £1 per person rally fee.

If more that 10 units attend the fee will be reduced to £6 per night.

Proposed Programme
Wed 8th Rally opens- gather in social tent to meet friends old and new
Thursday 9th Social tent drinks and nibbles
Friday 10th Chinese raffle - please bring a bag of sweets
Saturday 11th Street Party to celebrate Queens birthday - please bring your flags and bunting- and some food to share
Sing-a- long to some of your old favourites
Sunday 12th 11am Coffee morning and please pay your bill- followed by table top sale- please bring any items you wish to sell
3pm Meal in the pub ( Carvery) Please indicate if you want to join us
Monday 13th Rally closes

Should we bring something for the Queen's Birthday Party at Haxey. Eg sandwiches, sausage rolls, trifle and cake. Or should we contribute funds and buy from local supermarket.

It has been announced that the theme for this event will be "Horse Related" that may help Joyce.

Not decided yet as we were planning a trip to the Orkneys in June but have to factor in some costs as we are doing two long european trips this year.

Hi guys i had a word with the site manger and dew to not having 10 vans for the whole meet he says he will do it at 7 pound per night for the whole rally is this ok thank
