| I just had a quick look and it looks like you do it as you go, if you do it now I couldn't find a way of adding a stop in between two that are already on there, but I might have missed it, have you not tried Google maps? think theres a limit on amount of places but its ages since I used it, I just use pinpoints now on my maps, like the one I have sent you _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Polly have a look on wildcamping.co.uk website, there's thousands on there a a lot are in Nortern Scotland. In order to download them all for yor Tom Tom you will need to subscribe, but it's well worth it, we use them all the time. Also got pub stopovers listed so you can have a meal and then stay overnight in their carpark. One of the best wild camps on north coast is Tongue - fantastic views to wake up to. Steve & Kim | |

I am doing well have my first plan of getting up Scotland the route But that can change
I keep trying to look in searchforsites but it pops up saying Location Detection not supported in browser. Can someone tell me what that means Thanks
Will post my route plan at the moment
But saying that I'm going straight up the east coast with just a couple of diversions. Not worked on my downward route
But that will be down to Inverness and down the middle Hoping to call in at Ben Nevis distillery

| Many years ago we did recovery on a contra flow at Glenrothes. We were parked on the Lomond Centre carpark( for 3 months) which was like a large village hall. We visited Kirkcaldy (pronounced Curcody) which had a large carpark down by the sea just as you entered the town. If still there would make an excellent overnight stop. When we last went up east side of Scotland in the motorhome we f ound if we left the main roads and found a large layby we managed to spend an undisturbed night. Near Inverness we spent the night in a layby outside a old people's home. That was a good park | |

| Hia Well I'm on a count down All I know is that after Haggerston castle and a meet up with Derek I don't really know but I am looking forward to it Not looked at my planning for ages. If I freek out I can find a campsite It's life and you only get one go at it And after my near death Experience Well I am doing it It's just I'm going to have to talk to myself a lot more or even talk to strangers | |

My plan
Just to brighten your evening up Here is a list of roughly where I will be staying Burntisland Silver Sands Crieff C&CC THS. For some conversation Arbroath St Cyrus Gourdon Dovecot campsite ( for clean up shower etc) Stonehaven Aberdeen Cruden Bay New Aberdour Port Soy Find horn Strathpefler (visiting old friends if they are around) Rosemarkee C&CC Site )
Then I think Brora Helmsdale Wick Dinner John O Groats Scrabster for ferry on 5 June
Anywhere on this list I should think twice about

| Don't park too close to the beach at John o' Groats Polly. The sea can get rough over night. When we stayed there a camper van was parked near the beach and when we woke up in the morning after a very rough sea and windy night the van had gone Never did find out where. | |

| Hia Thought I would be cheeky and ask the pub at New Pitsligo if I could park overnight on their carpark in return of having a meal They said no problem if I can get it not to big to get round the bend of there car park but if not can stay on the road Did check their prices and menus first Really chuffed as the Sim-Mutch family came from there Brill My plans are coming together nicely | |

Take a wide swing in to get straight before you start going through the entrance, looks a bit narrow if it is that one [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]_________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| If those are car tracks from the road through the gate and up the drive I think the entrance is too narrow for a motorhome which is approx 7ft3ins wide mirror edge to edge.
Personally I don't like that telegraph pole just waiting to jump out lol
