ICE is good for you

A real good way of someone finding an emergency mobile contact number on your phone is to put ICE followed by the contact name and Number, so if you have a accident and are unable to use your Mobile yourself anyone looking at your contacts can see the word ICE followed by a contact No. this will alert them to call that No. or Nos. for assistance i.e ICE then wife, son daughter ect mobile Nos. This is an international system so anywhere in the world anyone can get you assistance quickly or notify people of a problem.

Yep, kept looking for you both and realised you were not onsite. We are back in September as long as I get my Prostate problems sorted, its getting bigger so been for MIR scan now awaiting the results.
