xmass meeting

i have cancelled the shrewsbury xmass meet due to lack of interest.we have 2 proposals either doncaster or whittingham,if we do not get somewhere booked pretty fast we will not have a xmass meet.so could i ask all memebers who wish to go to any of the above named locations to put your name down asap,we can only book a location if we have the numbers,thank you.

We are up for Whittingham.

I've been in touch with David, there are 2 band nights in November, 1st is the Rockets and on the 16th is Queenesque

I would say the Rockets

But I'm concerned about the lack of interest on our Christmas meet

Me too Polly but might be because there nothing definite in place, get a venue and a date and folk might confirm a place

I know it's early but we could have it as a pre Christmas get together

If would have to be Queenesque for us but we are happy to go with the flow.

Hi sorry not been on for a while,  just seen this yes for us for Wittingham and   Queenque please

Can be flexible can make both dates now

I've booked Whittingham 14th to 19th for 5 nights
Queenesque are on Saturday 16th, tickets £7.50
I've booked all the CS which has 8 EHU points, any extra vehicles can be sited on the edge going down towards the CS but no EHU for Friday and Saturday but possible for the other days.
This was the best option of the 2 dates, limited number of pitches available for the Rockets weekend due to some kite world record event.
