First topic message reminder :
BAKEWELL SHOWGROUND Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1AH
£10.80 per unit, per night £1 per person Rally Fee No electric, all vehicles will be parked on grass
Your rally marshal for this meet will be Polly
Hia
Was speaking to Anne at Bakewell and she found she had doubled booked our first daypte but could accommodate us footprints the following week so we have got
Polly I don’t wish to be a party pooper but will you be able to use the event shelters under COVID rules. The rules won’t be relaxed untill the 21st June.
I've been trying to look into this, think we'll need to be very careful on both rallies, keep groups to less than 30 We'll be ok holding the rally, all the other clubs are holding them but they all day social distancing will remain. Let's keep our fingers crossed for good weather

Hello Polly, my daughter has been trying to put a message on here asking if she can become a member and attend the Bakewell meet. Her name is Louise Coppinger-Clarke. Really a pain to access the forum and if I attempt it on my fire tablet I get notification I have won an i-phone. Really looking forward to Seeing everyone. Book some sunshine for us. Thanks Anne

Anyone else seeing the advert for an Iphone? Our credits are up to date, so members shouldn't see adverts, I can only think this is happening before you have logged in as adverts aren't disabled for guests

Thanks Ken, I've warned my daughter about all the strange people in this group. She is really looking forward to meeting them though. Hope you're both well..
Take care, Anne

Polly, just to let you know you have got pollyparrot37 and Toledo down on the list. Think you will find they will be together. Just bringing this to your notice as the list is full.

Hi Polly...just back from meets at Coniston & Kendal (CCC da's), opening the mail find a re-arranged hospital appointment for Eileen, it clashes with the Bakewell meet...so we can't attend this meet, but we'll see you all at the Bridlington meet.

I have nothing planned for this meet sorry. But if nice we could possibly sit outside in the fresh air keeping our social distances. We could possibly do Chinese whispers. But seeing we are not sure how we stand with tents and distances I think one great big circle, Shane we can’t play pass the parcel
