dont forget to bring your tv cable to plug into the sattelite on site,or you can but 1 there.{but a tad more expensive in spain}you will need about a 10 metre cable to make sure you have enough length.

Going back to the OP Frank, we will have no time for TV with all the gym work, swimming and bike ridding we will be doing, so keeping fit and losing at least 1.5 stone is my priority (lost 7lb in 2 weeks), so it will be fish, salads and white meat.

And none of the demon drink

make sure you bring you gym gear with you,shorts,trainers,socks,sweatband,and a weight lifting belt.

No vino or beer for 18hrs a day for me, so a quick one at breakfast with orange juice of course then none until 16.10 hrs

Small glass of champagne and Orange for breakfast 5 calories, one eagles egg on toast (this ends up with just toast as the eagle fought back) 3 cals, small coffee negro with cognac for 11s 2 cals. then small portion of tortilla and garlic clove for lunch 12 cals. 8 pints of Agua between lunch and dinner (no cals.) Sardines and salad for dinner with half bottle of Riocha 28 cals.

The cognac at 11s is for medical reason so does not count as daily intake.

Total 50 Calories for the day, easy peasy. I will have lost loads by the end of the trip,

Better take out my biscuits ,crisps ,nuts and other nibbles then Bob -if you are not going to need them!!

You dont have to go to the trouble of taking them out Pete , all of those are part of my diet ,so I will help you eat them
