meteor shower

Supposed to be a good meteor shower visible this weekend.
Because this van is like an oven I'm going to go and sit on the step to cool down and see if I can see any.

Any excuse for a fag :-)

Did you see any Ken?  It is very misty and cloudy here so I doubt I will anything this evening as I didn't read your post until just now so missed last night

No, the ceiling in the pub blocked my view of the sky  
It was a full moon so the sky was bright and they said it wasn't going to be a good night for seeing them, will have a look tonight

But felt like I have smoked a few after a couple of evenings in the Cotton Arms  

Sounds like you all had a great time.... I bet the Cotton Arms were delighted to see you all!!

They were .. even set the tele up on Friday for us to watch the match - then we weren't allowed to watch it ! 

On the news tonight that the meteor shower will be visible for all this evening so I went outside and its too cloudy to see anything  

Did anyone else see anything?

Apparently its going to get more visible during December.
