EGGS CHIPS AND MUSHY PEAS FAT FREE...
Before leaving home stick a few jacket spuds in the micro but only for a couple of mins to soften ( this is instead of par boiling) stick them in the van fridge before setting off...that same evening or next day thickly slice the potatoes put on a baking tray..spray with fry light as these are a skimmers alternative to chips....and stick them in the vine fir ten mins with a coating of salt...BEAUTIFUL crispy low fat chips...these also can be cooked in the skillet if you have no oven ....
you can also crack a couple of eggs over the chips just before you take out of the oven and you have instant egg and chips..open a tin of mushy peas and you have a instant chip shop fave...enjoy fat free eating .. MARIE
