| I've experimented with my 19" Finlux and formatted a 300gb 2.5" hard drive in FAT32 as the instructions say only FAT32 is recognised. This failed so not to be beaten I've just reformatted in NTFS and it is now working fine | |

| If you record a tv program or film onto a hard drive, will it play on any set or just the one you recorded from? At home i record onto my BT vision box, don't think i can take them off there, but i can record onto a hard drive straight from the Tv, just wondering if they encrypt them or use their own formats. _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| From what I can gather this tv I have bought, on testing I have converted the files to mpeg2 which are less compressed than the avi files which they were. Also From reading the instruction book it looks like it will only play back recorded programs from itself. I will keep you posted the more I use. | |

| Omni aerial now mounted on the roof, drilled new hole through roof and coax cable through. Tomorrow will continue to mount the booster & make up the 12v cigar socket & connect the necessary cables. It will all work ok. | |
