Hardest thing I have ever done but !
It's the best thing I haver done as well.

I also gave up while my hubby carried on smoking but then 12months later he gave up.

My dad smoked 60 senior service a day for years and he'd be 79 next month but he wont last out this week. He has a very strong heart which is stopping him dying while is other organs are collapsing. He stopped about 10 years ago after a series of operations which scared the Poo out of him but he left it too late. Don't give in!

Also it's not OK to think well 78 isn't bad? more than 10 of his last years were not quality in any way.

I have not stoped ijust donot wont one atmoment 5years i can now ride a bike 15 20 miles and walk miles but i moan a lot

Died today 55 years from the day I was born 9 hrs before I'd have been born.
He's been on the "Liverpool pathway" nearly a week but had such a strong heart it wouldn't let go, it's no wonder there's such demand for a lethal injection. R.I.P
