unmanned european fuel pumps.

I don't know if any of you do this but we will have a contingency fund on a post office card for using petrol pumps in some supermarkets which are unmanned and only take a card, these are sometimes the cheapest fuel prices so we think its worth doing and you don't get charges for using it???

Dont forget some dont work on sundsy for some reason

We use them often but keep multiple cards in case one is declined.

we tried four one sunday none worked we were total empty waited till nice german lady pulled in she filled me up. and we paid here in cash strange here cards worked two days later card ok when we filled up.strange french guy we met said englander cards no good on sunday.

I suppose the foolproof way is to fill up on Saturday

or in my case Mon,Tues,Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat then park up on Sunday.

No that is true Mike, I am getting 20mpg now and hopefully will get it up to 22mpg when it is run in ( Buffy only done 22000 miles so not fully run in yet), just didn't want Andy coming on and telling me how good Robbie is on fuel

Loads of fish and salads for me, daily in the gym and pool and a few sauna's so I should be a shadow of my former self when we come home, but then again sod it we are their to enjoy ourselves
