Well arrived at Canterbury and managed to park next to Rob very busy and filled up for the night. Went into Canterbury and we were thinking of moving onto Dover for the night but changed our minds. that is what this is all about flexibility Up early between 5.30 & 6.00 am Ferry soon boarded and crossed. The journey to Antwerp was brilliant so much more easier than our M6 and M25 ( for some reason I don't like the M6) . We parked up on the quay side with a sea/river view all together Rob, Brian,Ann,Marge,Frank and me. After a stroll around the town centre and listening to the entertainment in the market we had to go home so to speak for our Sunday lunch/tea which I have to say Rob and I had no part in the cooking (good job as my baked potato the other night was rock hard) so I volunteered to wash. So with a bit of a chill we went back to our vans just as dusk was coming down and all had our own time so to speak . And I tried for the Internet and hey presto I have it Tomorrow we make our way to Dussulforf show
Goodnight all | |

Feels like your staying in an art Gallery.

| Well we waited in anticipation for the Euramobil factory visit and frankly wish we had not bothered. It was the most depressing tour we have ever been on, the tour guide only spoke one sentence of English and that was " stay in the yellow lines, do not touch anything and stay with the group" never said or explained anything else on the tour. The factory was like a ghost town as they were all on short working hours as they had previously been hard at it for 45hrs a week getting ready for Frank n Polly at the Messe, bless them. I bought some parts I required at the factory and asked them if they could fit the Hab Door retaining clip for me as I had no sealant with me. I was directed to the repair shop were a chap was given the job of replacing the old clip, 90 minutes later and lots of thinking, talking, drilling, sealing and screwing the job was done, said to Barb this is going to cost us, surprise, surprise ( no Cilla wasn't there) there is no charge, well that was a pleasant surprise, surprise. | |
