The Rapido's nose is pointed south

We saw the swallows lining up on the phone wires thinking of sunnier climes so we have bowed to their experience.

We have turned south now and slowly heading towards Folkestone ready for our train ride on the 3rd September ( should be in good time)

Once we cross the channel, apart from lunch at the aire in Embry and a few weeks with my sister in Aquitane we really do not have a plan except we aint coming back until at least the end of April-------isn't retirement wonderful

Anyone heading through France, Spain, perhaps Austria and Portugal please keep in touch who knows where we will pop up
