Could be good news for those that want to visit Norway from a UK port instead of the horrendously long drive through Scandinavian countries.

Would be back on our list of to do's again but need to have a smaller m/h first Rolling Eyes

Would be great in a van your size Rob, mine would not like being there as anything over 3500kg or 6mts is not like and the tolls/ferries are horrendous. affraid

Sorry Mark, like me n Barb they do not like our big german m/hs or any for that matter although saying they do not like them they do really as they charge the earth for using the roads and in one city (cannot excatly remember which one. ) they charge you a toll to go in then the cheeky bar stewards charge you for leaving it as well, how does that work. even with mine when i book a ferry i cant book the smallest motorhome as its 2.35 height x 7m where mines nearly 2.7 x6m

Don't think you will have a problem Rob with an extra 3 cm/1" but then again size does matter. Ferry from UK to Norway to resume 372028940

Might have with .35m though, which is 35cm or roughly 13 inches Very Happy

Don't know how keen they are usually in measuring the motorhomes, but when i went to the Orkney's they measured every one, had to laugh when he measured mine, he was using one of them contraptions with a wheel that you walk with, he started at the front and stopped at the back corner, don't think he even saw the back box which must be another 2 foot as he was just looking downwards Very Happy
