| i leave on fri 24th.i hate driving on fridays.so i am going to stay over on the thursday either in or enroute to the ferry terminal. i usually search uk campsite,but every time i search them blasted pop ups pop up and i cant get any sense from it. so if any of you know a good stopover let me know please. | |

| i have stayed on a site down there before,but my secretary forgot to log it. ps it was not very clean.so not again. | |

| Frank it's very simple to use searchforsites so follow this As you can see in the picture it is centred on Southport where I live yours would be in the same position[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Hold the screen and drag it down so Portsmouth is in the centre of the screen[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]then click on searchforsites[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]then you will see this picture, just click on any one of the site icons and choose the one you want.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| We are staying at C&CC Conkers 120 mile from home as we can see they family on the 16th Jan before we leave next morning for the 140 mile trip to Pommy docks, so after a nice breakfast and shower we will leave after the rush hour traffic has gone and have a leisurely drive down to the docks and arrive at around 15.00hrs. | |
