Morning .....just some info for our Yorkshire members ....john and myself applied for a FREE lets get active card Leeds and surrounding areas are giving the passes out no age restrictions or criteria needed. It entitles you to swim everyday for an hour in one of the Yprkshire pools and attend gym classes for an hour and half. It can save us £40 a week. I'm using it more than john with his health but it's fantastic. With the healthy eating juicing and swim...you may miss me at the next meet..lol may fall down a slim grate...lol
Ok maybe not but going to kick things into 2014 after my spine op I'm loving getting back into fitness....by the way talking of pools anyone been to the Cc site at Skegness it has an indoor heated pool it looks good right on the beach ?... My target is to lose a stone ( post op) if anyone on here would like to sponsor me a small pledge of say a £1 at your discretion.....I I will donate all and add a tenner to the donations for motorhome funds ( all sponsors money to the MH funds ) there that's my first fund raising idea.....add your name and amount to this list please.TARGET DATE FROM TODAY.
