The only tolls we paid throughout the trip was Dartford crossing £2 e.w. Pont de Normandie €5
We used all N and D routes but weight restrictions in some towns and villages forced deviations and we also used the free motorway sections.
I personally travelled a total of 1587 miles
I used 79 galls of fuel/360lts @ €1.30lt approx. €500
M.P.G. 79 galls x 1587 miles totaled 20 M.P.G.
Ferry crossing vary depending how you choose to go, I used Tesco vouchers for tunnel
Campsite/Aire fees depend on the length of your stay and can be worked out with above info.
We encountered very few minor problems with the heavy/long motorhomes we used and all in all it was a trouble free trip (that was after paying £1200 for a No. 5 injector) but that could have happened anywhere anytime so C’est la vie .
