| Enjoy, we keep saying we are going to go there but haven't managed it yet, everytime we think about going it's usually school holidays and we have been advised not to go then! take some photos to show us what it's like _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Yes Ken we where going last week but Frank advised against it as the kids were still of school so we have waited for this week and when I booked it said its was very quiet so that will be great for some P&Q. Yes will take some pics and post when home. | |

| Frank, will be doing some foraging for my supper but will not be inviting Brb, she hates the stuff, downloaded the tides times so should be able to arrange arrival without getting wet or waiting. | |

| Arrived at Shell Island and it's stunning, fantastic views n great weather, just love the place even after a few hours. Loads to do and good walking / cycling / cockling / winkling got a cafe and a bar, showers, toilets, water, dump for grey/ black water . Loads of pics when home as wifi is payable and I don't pay for that. | |

| Took some finding, but yes it is true ...
"Do we accept caravans? Unfortunately we are not licensed for caravans, so we can not accept them. Motorhomes/campervans ARE accepted."

| So it does - missed that "Unfortunately we only have a camping license and therefore cannot accept Caravans."
Found it in FAQ eventually !
