Just tried to post in good morning but couldn't

Well

As some of you may have heard and some of you may have witnessed

And I believe there maybe a photo 
Maybe blurred , well hopefully blurred

Well I had a fall on the bonking/hill at Southport  the other weekend

And I am paying for it now

Pain just below the shoulders and soreness in the top part of my stomach

Went to docs he said bruising and gave me a flu injection

So may have to deaden the pain with something strong this weekend that comes in  a glass

Also finished my dog sitting duties ( thank goodness) next one Feb 2015. The dogs and kennels are no problem it'sjust the to ing and froing 

Oh well moan over

Our George Saturday afternoon at Doncaser hospital
He as a appointment Tuesday at our local Stepping Hill 

Broken wrist this time could have been worst he could have broke both wrists Falls 372028940

He is dyslec and sometimes as a scriber so all ok there I think

Oh Pete he won't  be happy till he's back on his bike 
Going to be another long 6-8 weeks for them

Back from hospital with George saw his doc from last time 
Anyway he broke it in 2 places go back next week when swelling as gone done to be plastered
Had his other one x rayed that is ok just bruised
That would have been fun if both wrist were broke

Plaster on next week just for 3 weeks so soon back on is bike
