| Thankfully I don't have a cold, but I am not asleep! Tried to kid myself I was asleep for about an hour and a half, then gave up and got a nice hot cuppa. Roll on Uttoxeter, I sleep so well in the van. | |

I know what you are going through Debbie, I have been having sleepless nights for months now and I am up until all hours of the morning then snatch a couple of hours before up again, got no worries or stress (except stupid taps left open ) and in reasonable health for my age but I just CANNOT sleep at night. Off to see the quack tomorrow (with a beauty of a cold but it's not for that) about the lack of need for sleep and another wee (no not that sort of wee) problem so maybe he can shed some light on what is going on, this growing older is no joke, bits do not work like they use too, good job there is the very occasional bottle of vin rouge handy

| here we go again, been in bed two hours and cannot sleep so it is back on the PC just finding interesting things to look at, love google earth as I can see places I want to visit and the surrounding areas, I just at times pick a single word out google it and see what is comes up with that can be very funny at times. just try it, type in any word or name and see what you get | |

bob it combats the bad things.ying ang yang. Glad you got out Frank at last, we certainly made a mess of your field. Got to watch the weather for further events as you do not need that problem again. Just been reading about it on google and with some of mine and Barbs medication it may not be a good idea to use it, it is like all of these supplements I think you have to be on them for years and years for them to be effective.

| Well today is the first day in a week that we are both feeling much better and can go out and do some shopping, Farmer Frank's remedy may have done the trick. | |
