Motor-Homers AGM to be held 10th December 2022 12noon

As above the AGM will be held at The Ship Inn, Austerfield, Near Doncaster as part of the Christmas Meet.

All members welcome.

The Agm will be held on Saturday the 10th December at 12 o'clock

I’m not sure if I will make this but keeping my fingers crossed, seems as though me not using the motorhome as now been taken over with health hospital visits,  but plenty of time till December

If any members have any topics they wish to be discussed at the AGM please give details to a committee member or post on here as soon as possible so we can work out the agenda.
Also if anyone would like to be considered for any committee position please put your name forward on here or to the secretary so we can create election papers for the AGM.

Xmas meal allowance - Anyone attending the Xmas meet, and has attended 3 meets in a calendar year (Xmas included) gets £10 allowance (per vehicle not per person)
Should we keep this going?
Reason I ask is, we used to raise funds for the club as well as the rally fees, now we only have the rally fees coming in.
This year (according to the list so far) there will be 8 eligible for the allowance

Haven't we got enough? The constitution will need changing if we take more on, that states 4 main roles plus 3 general committee members  [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Hi Ken, as this is the AGM all committee positions are up for election. Only fair to let any interested members put their names forward for the ballot. We will not change the numbers.

Will put the Xmas meal allowance discussion in aob.
