12 van limit but can squeeze a few more in if willing to share EHU

Hi Jan, as you know from being there before , there are only 12 hard standing pitches and EHU's , but during my conversations with Camper uk , they said its up to us if we wanted to squeeze another 2 or 3 in and have some shared hook ups , having said that I doubt we would need them!,and the room would not support too many more.

We enjoyed the company and the meet so much last time but saying that the room was a bit over populated with tables and chairs so if we get between 10 and 12 units we will be more comfortable.

This meet is not long enough so we are going to Chatsworth CC for 3 nights before the meet.

I'm resigned to alternative plans now but I'm disappointed that Bob and Baz having initially promoted this meet have changed their plans.
I apologise to the rest of those who planned to go that I have further jeopardised this meet.

Sorry but I only back out of a meet because of health or work. I put our names down for this because we enjoyed it so much last time and as Bob N Baz promoted this at the Keithley meet earlier this year as Madeinyorkshire will remember. As they have pulled out to go to the Sun instead (I can't blame them) we did not feel that a 4 van meet is viable for new years eve celebration.

am just saying andy people do have a right,and do change there minds

I agree with Andy, this meet is not viable now ,i will arrange something else for new year

I don't think there really is any argument here as a lot of people back out of meets at the last minute anyway!.
I would assume that some put names down for meets hedging their bets anyway & if something else happens change their minds.
Possibly an idea for a meet comes up in conversation & a date is set months in advance but unavoidably something comes up but things get in the way sometimes.
It pays not to assume anything, then you're not disappointed.
