First topic message reminder :
We have booked Marbury Park for 4 nights, 1st to the 4th, leaving site on the 5th Always a good meet this one, lovely quiet country park location, plenty of walking routes, open air swimming pool nearby, garden centre, lake, canal, Anderton boat lift. On grass but hard ground, water and Elsan but no EHU Will confirm prices later but from memory its approx £5.50 a night
Rally marshal for this meet is Tessajoe

I'm going to have to leave on Sunday now Planned on leaving Monday then going somewhere else for a week, i have to go into work Monday and Tuesday Then set off Tuesday night till the following Tuesday, no idea where we are going though

Yeah, another cracking meet at marbury, weather was very kind to us, just rained off once and that was just after 11pm last night when we were all ready for turning in for the night anyway. Big thanks to Frank and Margaret for doing a great job marshalling this meet. Nice to see friends we haven't seen for a while, and great meeting some new members.

i didnt know there was a lake at marbury,i will go and see it next year.well after winning the quiz and the nature trail i feel on top of the world. thank you for all attending and hope you had a nice chilled out time. the raffle did amble on a bit but there was over 30 prizes.

Home due to weather changing and now the sun is shining What another brilliant weekend they are so good my grandkids want to come and the daughter

Right going back to Marbury weekend it is so lovely there the place the people and the company great
We had better book it as it as 3 meets booked in for next July and the chap said you need to watch as you don't want to book when the sport things are on in other words when busy busy busy in the park
Right I am going feeding our Ethan and speak soon

Well can only confirm what everyone else has said and great weather also , We were all treated to Franks barbicue skills and for their first marshalling Frank and Margaret did a wonderful job although i thought they made the quiz a bit hard so will have to swat up for the next one . Even the raffle prizes were distributed fairly as everybody including Tony (N8rbos who usually gets the empty boxes) won a couple .
