| I forgot to mention, the reason Duncan weighed it FULLY loaded was to obtain accurate tyre pressures from Michelin. 65 front 60 rear . Obviously I'll be increasing the rear pressure | |

| I get 24.8 on mixed terrain. Probably 25 plus to Dover. We calculate £25 per 100 in our budget at UK prices. That is driving in AUTO too | |

| No 460kg is what I have left after it was loaded. This model of van was manufactured with three weight option starting at 3500 and 3700 with standard chassis. I have the HEAVY chassis upgrade giving me a gross weight of 4250. Payload is probably in the region of a ton

This info pleases me greatly as I was a wee disappointed with my 20mpg with Buffy, now I don't feel so bad, still only running in so may improve slightly when we get some more miles on her. | |

| No it stops where the garage starts and the space where the spare wheel hanger might normally be is occupied by the heated grey waste tank | |

| I don't think you'll have any problems with overweight, that's why the manufacturers design them with the extra payload in mind so as to carry the weight. Once loaded up for your longer trips you can go to the weighbridge just for piece of mind. | |

| Hi, What is the weight limit in your garage, as mine has the ALCO chassis right to the rear bumper, but they restrict what weight you can carry in the garage, Not sure what make but I seem to remember reading that to much weight in the garage can damage the body, not sure where I read it but its certainly worth taking into account ? and making sure you don't over load the garage, if it does have a weigh restriction |

| The garage does not have a weight limit. The GRP section within the garage is limited to 150kg spot loading. The batteries are not on this section nor anything appreciably heavy. The additional weight I have yet to consider is the bike rack and bikes on the rear wall which is a fraction of the remaining payload at my disposal. | |
