5. Southport Airshow 2014 - 18th to 22nd Sept 2014

First topic message reminder :

I have got 10 spaces for the 2014 Southport airshow, parking on the pleasureland car park
Booked for 4 nights, arrive Thursday the 18th, leave site on Monday the 22nd, you don't have to stay all 4 nights though.

I have enquired about booking the new parking area as Bob mentioned, but it is up to the site owner what happens with that and he hasn't decided what that is yet.

PRICE UPDATE
£40 for the weekend which covers you from Friday through to Monday morning
Friday and Saturday night only is still £40
One night only is £20
Anyone wanting to go on Thursday or stay on Monday will be charged the usual £8 per night for those nights

you already ate it    down here already with a call at Todds in Preston  to sort satellite (not sorted ) and a good afternoon and evening at Chez Francis  with Frank and Margaret and Bob and Barbara ,fridge is also on and should be there for dinner

Just bought my ticket for 1 day, will probably go in on Saturday and watch from the van on Sunday

Any last minute rush for volunteering to be rally marshal

Had a good weekend, great air show as usual at Southport, weather a bit dodgy on Saturday but made up for it on Sunday, nice to meet some new members and gain one as well, see you all again soon I hope

That was an amazing weekend. Thank you Motor-Homers for making it possible.

Saturday might have been cloudy but that kept the action close to us. Who will ever forget a Eurofighter that close on full afterburners.

Sunday, well that Great Lumbering Beast, the Vulcan, we can see why people fought to get it airborn again.

I's like to think we can repeat this next year.

Poly there are only two ways out of Southport to Stockport, should know we have lived here for 11 years and visit Hyde regularly
