Christmas Party at Lady Heyes 14th/16th Dec

There will be a Christmas meet at a venue tessajoe found for us, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] from the 14th /16th December this is an alternative event to the TnT event which is a solely Motorroamers event (and as far as I am aware is still going ahead, so if you had booked with them you will be entitled to go on that meet).

I require a quick response to the amount of members wishing to attend this venue so the booking arrangements can proceed as soon as possible to avoid further disappointment. We will need to know how many are going to see if we can negotiate a discount, but in the event the price will be £15 p.u.p.n. + £1 rally fee p.p. the meal will be as at cost.

There is loads to do at this venue, we will of course have EHU, hardstanding and all the usual refinements of a top quality campsite, please look at the link above for all the info on the site, please add you names below if you are interested.

For everyone's info the restaurant is on site along with the bar and many other attractions including a micro brewery with free sampling

You can arrive/leave any time you wish just contact the site and book your dates but tell them you are with the Motorhomers group so your parked up within our area., we will book your weekend with the club so we are all together

I have just confirmed this booking.
Few points.
You can either pay yourself or we can pay as a group, personally I think it might be better paying individually as you will all have to book in anyway and part of their health and safety policy is to issue everyone with a swipe card for the barrier.
I have also spoken to the clubhouse and the Karaoke will be on the Saturday night
Meal - buy off the menu and pay menu prices, if we can arrange something like what he mentioned, a curry night, casserole night, hot pot night or anything like that he can do us a good price - That's your department Frank
"possible" cheaper parking if we get the numbers up

Curry night is good for us, but happy to go with the majority

Visit the Christmas markets, stock up on gifts, enjoy a selection of foods from around the world and maybe even have a little mulled wine. Jump back on the train and back to the site, hassle free!

i think the hotpot/whatever is best left out on this visit,as we wont get everyone to agree on choices
and as they have an extensive menu in the bistro,we can choose to eat whatever whenever we like
its great to see that the karioke is on the saturday night,
and breakfast is available from 9 each morning,we can probably order morning papers as well.
and a friend of our family owns the golf course{frodsham}so if anyone wants to play a round,i will organise it,and we will get a great price buggies will be included.

Hotpot works for us but we both love Tapas too

while I am having my 2nd cuppa was looking at Lady heyes web site
and I have been to this craft market not to the campsite don't remember the campsite--- but it was a few years ago ----spent a good few hours there
so I am going to count my pennies in my piggy bank so I will have some pennies to spend but it doesn't cost to browse

I have been in touch with Lady Heyes Caravan Park this weekend regarding our Xmas meet there.
We have been booked on Area 5, pitches 33 to 48, there is one permanently sited caravan on pitch 40, so this leaves us with 15 pitches, if you are planning on arriving before the 14th then please contact them on 01928 788557 and tell them you want to be sited in this area as booked by Ken Hacking (It's booked in my name, not Motor-Homers)
Everyone needs to go to reception on arrival to book in and pay a deposit of £10 for the barrier pass, with you having to do this we have decided it is best if you pay for your parking while you are there, any members that had paid a deposit for the Copt Oak meet will have this returned to them.
Price is £15 per night plus £1 per person rally fee, if we can get 20 vans going then they will reduce the price to £11 per night.
We have got use of the clubhouse on the Friday night, a section can be used just for us, you will not be able to take your own drinks in.
We plan on having a raffle, prize donations welcome, any customers in the club house will be able to buy a raffle ticket.
We will also having the "Secret Santa" please keep the price to £2
We have a meal planned for Saturday evening, I know we have mentioned various things like Hot pot Etc, I am ringing the restaurant tomorrow to get a price for a Xmas dinner, probably choice of Turkey and beef and a couple of sweet options.
I will post details of this as soon as I get them.
