One last job to do -now where did I put those bingo tickets????
Granddaughter coming today - lucky for her I have built a new trampoline and scooter!!
Bit of a grey start but supposed to be brighter later

Weather suppose to be dry Wednesday and Thursday 
I was/am going to Chatsworth Thursday coming home Saturday but it is a rainy forecast so might stay at home
I seem to have a lot on 
Oh scaffolders came to finish off the scaffolding 
Really accommodating me so I wouldn't have to leave motorhome on the road

Been out today and bought my Secret Santa presents and some bits for some games
It's going to be fun !!!!!

Well my roof is now covered with solar panels
Will go and count them after my coffee

Oh and all connected up

Very painless process

The scaffolders were very accommodating re the motorhome

The fitters were lovely and just got on with the job 
They didn't need my van moving

The electrician was effectent 

All went very smoothly 
The only down side is my dusty windows 

Didn't need to ply them with coffee

Good system of team work

Scaffolding still up could be a week  or could be tomorrow 
Could climb up and wash the roof of the motorhome ha ha

I have got an appointment tomorrow morning 8-45 with a osteopath 

I think 

No I am hoping she will work miracles

Last time that happened Polly there was a star over Bethlehem

Well I survived the hand of the ostrapath
She said something about my diaphram and muscles
Well whatever 
She massaged and pulled and pushed. She couldn't do the creaking and cracking as the muscles were to tense 
Some stretching exercises to do and deep breathing till next week
Beginning to feel better in myself knowing what it is

Bit of a windy start- but frost forecast for tomorrow- wont dampen my Christmas spirit- might freeze it though!

Went to Aldi today for two bags of cat litter, no problem, then it happened..........my eyes fell on the chocolate covered marzipan bars. So now I'm having fresh filtered coffee and chocolate covered marzipan bar, sooo moorish.

Cold and frosty here - just had to scrape the ice from Pauline's car windscreen
Motorhome okay though as have had the heating on for the last few days

Yep, its well cold and frosty up here in Cumbria, so I've put M/H heating on and WD40 on all the locks. Thought I had some de-icer, but must have used it all last winter, so need to get some, as soon as the sun clears the windows!

Well Pete, how did your day go as I have been thinking about your results all day as I have been concerned about my situation for months now and I was getting rather upset with myself.

I have had serious problem in the rear end department over a number of months and was terrified that my Prostate problem had returned, it was Pete's visit for the scan that ultimately decided me to go and discuss things with my doctor.

After a long and exhaustive session and examination he has comforted me with the knowledge it is NOT what I was fearing (prostate or bowel cancer) but just a mere malfunction of my bowel movements (yes I know its not nice at tea time) so with medication and time I should be back to my miserable self in a month or two.

So now we can have a happy xmas and stop all the worrying and stress and I hope you Pete have had good news as well.

Hi Bob - not long back from hospital and results show shadowing on both lungs but not big c !!!
Need further tests to try and identify cause but doubt that lungs will get back to normal
Might end up on steroids

Well thats is good news concerning no big c now you have to find out what is exactly going on, it must be upsetting thinking you will not get the full function of the lungs back after being so active for many years but with medication you will be fine, and just think on the bright side no more long walks in the hissing rain, you can now use the quad    good luck mate.

Good news regarding the big C Pete but I bet your worrying what it is and can't wait to find out, hope its something easily treatable without using the steroids

Have to have further blood tests Ken - but unlikely to know any more till end of Jan next year
If they had done Ct scan in first place they could have saved money on all the other tests I have been having!

Oh well, 7 days holiday over, back to work, going to be a wet and windy one today

Well, like everywhere else, its blowing a hooley up here, and I didn't get a whole lot of sleep last night. Listened to the radio for awhile and caught the 2am news on radio 4. Then the shipping forecast was given out, now I'm no expert, but, when they use language like:- severe gales, wintry squally showers and deep depressions, I know its not good. Then this morning I hear that the lifeboat had to go out to a Spanish fishing vessel off Aberdeen, our local trains are all on imposed speed limits. So today I am venturing as far as the wardrobe to put an extra jumper on, and nowhere else. Stay safe everyone.

Julies out xmas shopping today while I'm off to work, hope she can manage to get my present through the door!

Still blowing a hooley, the tree's look like they are trying to uproot and leave the premises, and the weather forecasters have said that when the wind calms down, we can expect snow! Must be cold, the Scottish have put long sleeve T-shirts on.
