| As you know I have just started digging the foundations for some steps last week, today I have managed to get the main foundation in situ ready to start building tomorrow if dry. | Why do we do these things when we are supposed to be motor homers. We have just ripped out our daughters rather ancient kitchen so I guess we are grounded until the project is finished, I think she will be rather cross if we set off now and leave it like the picture shows. The biggest stumbling block is that it is shares all the services with the busy pub so for some reason they will not let me turn the water and gas off just when I want to [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]" /> | |

| That is looking good Mark and I hope the weather stays fine until you can finish it.
Did you get any animal footprints in your concrete? We always seem to when we do anything, but there are loads of b***** cats around here so not surprising. | |

| The work continues... [img] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/img][img] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/img][img] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/img] Will need to cut some blocks in half to get each step at 6 inches high. Have to call on a mate for that. | |

| I don't know what its been like with you Mark, but the humidity here has been dreadful, and the air was very still, I certainly was struggling with my rebuild. Thankfully a nice breeze is beginning to get up, what a relief! | |
