Now I'm not sure how it's worked out as they ended up with the same points. Maybe speeds Or maybe because our George came 2nd in the warm up/qualifying round But we're well pleased

Well this weekend Our George's bike went caput and he as been working with one bike this year (due to finances) Frustrated our Carl posted on Facebook and the response was great and this chap is so so kind, can't thank him enough He now will be racing again at Hawkstone Park MX In the 2018 Championshipss. I can't be there's as away So so pleased for our George and son Carl as they have worked so hard to get this far. George as started work and he's up at 5 home at 6 then to the gym and then bed (possibly on his phone for an hour) . But he is so so committed [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thanks to Callum and co For believing in him and helping out with this bike So fingers crossed for Sunday I won't be going as away , so I will still be a nervous wreck
George called round last evening and we had a chat , to try and take some pressure off him. But our George will do what he does

Our George sees the start of The British Nationals [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] He is racing in
Rekluse British Expert MX1 2019 group
Sherwood Forest ? 44 on the start
Was possibly going to go but it's got to a stage where I can't watch some parts of the races.. Hawkstone is the following weekend so if I don't go this weekend could go next to the Bridgestone

Was going down for the weekend Then going for the day Now I've the excuse of the weather. Sorry it's the wrong time of year for me. Didn't think it effected me but I'm like this each February/March I can still keep up to date with the sped app. Still doesn't make it easy either watching him or waiting for results

Oh dear not having a good weekend. Our Carl had rebuilt his bike but made a mistake with the clutch. So he's not had a gooday, someone kindly leant him a bike to finish the day. This morning not to good at practice. Let's hope his 2 races today work out better for him. Now we know he is fast but our Carl has commented that this group is fast. But our George pulled himself upto an overal 13 out of 43 riders in his group Let's see what today brings

Not mention our George for ages Still MX and I'm still proud of him He's had some ups and downs (not many downs) but only had one bike so if that goes down no back up. In fact at one of the Nationals something big went and one of the Teams offered him a bike so he could continue the races. This year that same person as offered him a bike for the season He is now riding a 450 and is 18 and passed his driving test and driving his car. Heleft school at 16 and works with his dad and even his boss is going to give him time of for training day midweek. Had a lift of him the other day : They have had problems with tracks being open due to the wet weather but last weekend they decided to try Barmouth Beach Race. He has not done this before . He came 4 th out of about 30-40 riders That's it for now we will wait and see what he gets up to

Our George was saying that they will have to pay £1000 to take his M/X bike into France and the same coming home The bike travels in the vans garage bit. He rode over in France, Belgium etc over the last couple of years To do with Brexit

Our George is over in France somewhere riding. They had no problems, no £1000 fines Let’s see what happens when he comes back if it is as relaxed as going out. The had tests before they went . Can’t believe he went
