Holly bush inn denford leek great pub hard standing some hook ups poss..lovely walks .very welcomeing food good .also side room for use .

i think we need to put the said venues up for a vote,

I  was trying to be helpful by putting the website link on for Mike 100 - why someone would give a negative vote for that just beggars belief !!

Sorry can't help with venues as I don't know any places further north but we would like to join you again for the Christmas bash but if you go back to Whittington much as we would like to try it, it's too far for us to come.

This a great pub lovely warm open fire great food and cheap .
Poss ok there is no elh but big leavel clean car park toilets water and free to park up .
Sure land lord would have weekend rally.

The Cotton Arms @ Wrenbury, Cheshire has all that is required - plus another pub opposite the campsite, and a small village supermarket thingy a few minutes walk away.....a nice walk along the cut takes you to yet another pub...

Might be too far away for some folks though.

sweatpea, as i have been to the Cotton Arms on 2 occasions previously I did not not see any private rooms for a meet. ?

but they have 1 .its the room you was doing your daddy dancing in,as my van froze into a block of ice.as only 1 electric cable

It's a large separate building directly behind the pub. We noticed it was used by a camping group for a Halloween evening whilst we were there a couple of years ago.

We went there with Roamers Bob but can't remember using their room. The trouble was Barrie and I went early and got a H/S next to the canal but most of the other H/S were being used so the rest of you had to go on the field and share the electric not safe at all.

While I don't have any suggestions for a venue, I think EHU is a must. We would struggle to do 2 nights if it was cold and we were using the blow air heating.
Solar panels don't put much into the battery that time of year.

On a meet this weekend here .could poss contact .elh hard standing alllow rally great seting pub just 10 mins away.
Plus steam trains .

Thanks for your enquiry.
Yes we can accommodate you but I'm not sure we would have enough hard standing pitches for you all?
We also don't have 10 - 20 pitches altogether so the group may be on separate fields would this be a problem?
For anyone wanting electric the cost would be £16 a night. Please let me know if you would like any other information.

but I would say not viable

No fields for me at that time of year

Very dificult to find new place to go for meets in winter for rallys .
As most rally fields on grass .no elh .
Should you not look in to taging on to one off the c.c or c.cc meets over xmas time.

We went here a few years back a bit expensive for some but worked & had a great heated function room with 24 hard standing pitches..

the dinner they served was childrens portions,the drinks was very expensive,and the room charge was extortionate,oh and the shower was a disgrace.not for me.

Pub great .
Free park for motorhomes on car park.
If you want hook up £ 10 per night so all catered for hardstanding.
Events room a rear also there can be a mini bus if required

Looks a lovely place £10 is very reasonable as well we would be very interested in going there . Do you have dates Set yet for Christmas bash .

How many EHU do they have, looks like a nice venue.

We are at winking man this weekend .did big walk over the moorland this morning .
About 20 vans fit easy .
Not sure how many hook ups .
