We will have 100 different real ales and ciders in 2018. Our cider selection is always worth a look with some of the more unusual varieties on offer. As always we'll be sourcing the best brews from the north of England. Remember, every pint you drink and sausage you eat is a donation to charity!

As well as a superb range of local real ales and exciting ciders, we will be serving a selection of gourmet sausages, cooked to order to keep your appetite in check. With our range last year including Goosnargh Duck to Black Pudding and Chicken as well as traditional Old English Pork, we're bound to have something to suit your taste. Our club bar will also be open serving a great range of drinks beyond real ale. The Festival also has a drivers bar providing lemonade, cola and soda water free of charge. Every afternoon and evening we have a different live band so come back and carry on sampling to a different tune... Everyone is welcome!

Your entry fee gets you a commemorative glass* which allows you entry back into the festival on any of the days as well as the printed programme of beers and food.

5 bands for 5 pounds!

Bands Are:
Friday evening:
Saraban
Playing a huge range of songs and genres from punk and pop to indie and rock. This five piece band put a different slant on your favourite songs by they by Suzanne Vega, Nora Jones, Del Amitri, Paul Weller or the Corrs!

Saturday afternoon:
Mister Moo & His New Shoes
A vibrant 3 piece band performing Ska & Reggae classics. Their show is upbeat, sing-along, dance-along, drink-along, non-stop, floor-filling and feel-good.

Saturday evening:
The Rockits
Filling the dance floor with hits from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elvis, The Kinks, The Who and many more.

Sunday afternoon:
The FlashHearts
A 4 piece rock band based in Blackpool who play a mixed set of classic and modern rock covers. The FlashHearts were formed from the ashes of two of Blackpool's most successful Rock bands of the last several decades, Shady and Stiff Richard.

Sunday evening:
Queenesque
Five musicians with one vision... to keep the energy and spectacle of Queen's live shows during their prime alive! With a naturally authentic front man, backed by a powerful live band who all share a passion for the music and stagecraft of the greatest band ever.

Prices for 2018 are £40 with EHU or £30 without EHU (Fri/Sat/Sun any extra days charged extra)

This beer festival is getting very popular and sells out fast, please add your name to the list if you would like to join us in 2018, the main 3 nights need to be paid for in advance.

If your coming to the Beer fest just put a Chinese raffle prize in the van just incase we have time

Right folks!
I have been over to Whittingham this weekend and have spoken to David about our parking, we have managed to get us all parked together (originally it looked like 2 blocks of four in seperate areas then 1 without ehu elsewhere)
This means 4 will be on grass but still access to ehu
See diagram attached
All black markers have access to EHU
Pink marker is no EHU (Beerdrinkers place)
Red dot is event shelter ( I will park next to this so can attach it to awning)
Blue dot is water point
Yellow dot is Elsan points
Green dot is where we will plug into EHU

When you arrive you will meet the marshalls at gate A (don't think marshalls will be there on Thursday)
Tell them you are with Motor-Homers and they will send you to gate B

If you have an extra EHU lead can you please bring it with you

Probably 6 amp, there are 2 10 amp plugs but think these have already gone, there are 2 caravans parked up there now and an RV

I won’t bother bringing our induction hob then. 

Beerdrinker - If you need EHU to charge your batteries etc let me know, I'll unplug for a bit while you charge them up

It's a sausage festival too, live off them for 5 days

Thanks all for an absolutely fantastic meet and the weather was the icing on the cake.
Arrived safely at our next destination, but had to delay departure until I blew clear on my breathalyser, I wonder what caused that.

Another excellent beer festival, they did it all on their own this year, no support from the Rotary Club and they did a great job, well organised as usual

Another BRILLIANT Festival at Whittingham

My first and I totally agree . . .absolutely brilliant in every way . . drank plenty nice beer . . met plenty of nice people . . superb music . . . and Mediterranean sunshine . . not much to beat that lot !!!!!,

Had a really good time at the beer fest. The organisers, staff and volunteers did a fantastic job. One to remember. Thanks Ken for sorting our pitches. Will see you all in Bakewell.
