We have had an email off Shrewsbury showground, they are adding a £2 per unit per night charge for this meet to cover the cost of the room.
Prices will now be
£12 per night with NO EHU
£17 per night WITH EHU

Can you please confirm if you still want to go, we need 20 vans to secure the room, we can stand a couple dropping out but if more than that then we would need to cancel.

I know it sounds a lot at £17 per night but the main point at this place is we have a room which we can take our own food and drink in.

Do you think we need the room every night? or just Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun?
