The 2018 Xmas meet will be held at:
Shrewsbury Showground
£12 per night with NO EHU
£17 per night WITH EHU
(these prices include the additional £2 for the room hire)

On Shrewsbury showground now and some vans are hooked up to power points inside buildings. You may need a domestic 3 pin adaptor for your hookup lead if you have one bring it with you just in case. Plenty of standard hookup points elsewhere.

I need to talk to Jan tomorrow so I will check if those 20places we had at bonfire will be empty and a available to us.  They would be great as they area so close to venue.

Thursday afternoon decorate the room
Thursday night drinks , nibbles and natter
Friday afternoon, do your own thing ,shops
Friday night Christmas jumpers , play your cards, Chinese raffle
Saturday afternoon mother Christmas, Roll a pound for a bottle
Saturday night, Jacob's join , 60s disco night
Sunday 2 pm coffee and cake
Sunday night bingo and Frank's quiz
If anybody wants to do something else in the afternoons please feel free to do so

Sunday afternoon AGM

Will there be a meal involved or Jacobs table or anything similar
