I have just heard from the yacht club regarding our booking for 2018 and we can only have a 9 night stay
I tried to get 2 week as asked for by a few members but the only periods available for more than 9 nights are right at the beginning of June or mid September

Dates for the 2018 meet are arrive Monday 9th July, leave site before 12:00 on Wednesday 18th July


Price for 2018 is £6.80 per unit per night plus the usual £1 per person rally fee plus £1 per person for the skip hire

MAX of 40 units on this rally

Your rally marshal for this meet will be Ladybird, Jolly Campers and Motor-Homers Committee

Right folks!

After a phone call from RYYC today about our members already being on site with another rally and wanting to stay on Sunday night, it has been arranged that our meet will start at 12:00 on Sunday, straight after the C&CC meet, If you are already there on the C&CC meet then it has been arranged that you can stay on till Monday as long as we put a temporary marshal in place (which I have done, Ladybird is doing it)

C&CC will collect any fees due up to Sunday morning, anyone staying Sunday night will need to pay Motor-Homers.

Anyone turning up on Sunday will need to wait till 12:00 when the C&CC officially finishes.

The rally field and surrounding fields at Bridlington are VERY dry, PLEASE make sure you have a bucket of water outside your van at all times, especially if you are cooking outside using a BBQ / Cadac Etc and PLEASE be careful with cigarette ends

Just one more thing,
Can we all PLEASE make sure we keep to the 6m rule, Regatta field is a big field and we tend to huddle up in one corner of it, some of the units last year were far too close and even too close to the event shelter.

I have attached a spacing guide to the top post, please view this to see required spacing between vans, paying attention to cars, awnings, gazebo's, pup tents etc

We don't want to appear has being too strict like some of the other clubs but we do need to protect our exemption certificates and Acceo membership

Hi we have just arrived  on site with Archie 2000 the ccc area saying we do have to leave in the morning and that we will not be allowed on Sunday night only the marshals are allowed ono   Are the marshalls already here can you let us know who they are so Malc and Bill can go and  have a chat with them please?

Hi Ken, we'll not be able to attend due to me accepting a late cancellation at very short notice, for an operation on my hand.
The pre-op assessment and the operation are all next week, only found out in the post this morning.
