one week on

well it was the 11/03/2013 that i last had a ciggy.

it was on the 11/03/2013 that i last had a bet.

i loved my bet,i was 12 when i had my first bet with the local bookies runner,

i was also 12 when i had my first ciggy.

i have tried countless times to pack the ciggys in,but always failed,

this time i had a big think about it,what was going wrong,and i came to the conclusion that the betting was getting me exited to the point that i needed a ciggy,this is only my theory,so i thought this is my very last go at packing the fags up.so the betting had to go as well.

up to now i have managed easier than before.and the first 7 days have been good.i havent lost my temper up to now which is a miracle.i am drinking less alchohol than ever,but drinking more water than a fish.

so its one day at a time sweet jesus.and fingers crossed.

Keep it up Frank , you will feel the benefit for your efforts one day

If you ever get stressed I found slowing right down and taking long slow deep breaths a real help.

NEVER NEVER let anyone give you a cigar to celebrate anything. I found it lead to game over

i used to get a bath when i was getting stressed{truly i would have 6/7 baths a day,then we got rid of the bath and had a wet room{i was outvoted} now i go and put hand cream on{what a tart}but it does work.and i have hands like a babys arse.{soft}
