This years Xmas meet will be held at Whittingham Club - http://www.whittinghamclub.com/
Date - 24th to 29th Nov
Meal on site - NO but 2 pubs within walking distance - Stags Head and Grapes Inn
A meal has been arranged in the Stags Head for 17:00 on Friday 25th November
EHU - YES
Cost per night - £6.00 No EHU or £9.50 with 6 amp EHU
Fully equipped function room available with bar

We have booked the rally area which has 12 x 6 Amp EHU points which will be allocated on a first come first served basis
With it only being 6 amp it would be hard to share if people are using the electric for heating, fridges hot water etc but if anyone is willing to use it just for charging their leisure battery and running other things off gas then it will be possible, I am willing to do this if needed, or another way is we could share the electric, use leisure batteries one day then use electric the next, I'm sure we will sort something out so no-one runs short of power

They have decided they are having the band night on Saturday so we will not have use of the clubhouse on that night but we will be able to attend this but their will be an admission charge - it is a local band that is on called "The Rockets" I will see if I can find any links

I have booked the meal for Friday the 25th at 17:00

I looked into this before and come across what I thought was 2 different groups, the one linked here does say they are from Preston, a few year older, maybe some band members have changed

Don't forget to bring  a Christmas prissy wrapped up and marked either if it's for a Female or male or  anybody, about £3 to £5 depending on your mood that day and what you have in lose change 
Ready for Father Christmas to give out.

Meal is booked for 5pm on Friday at the Stags head which is just 5 minutes walk away, you will see it at the bottom of the drive when you turn into Whittingham club.
Was supposed to be a Xmas Fayre menu but the landlord is leaving a couple of weeks later and doesn't want to tie himself to having 2 menus so we will be choosing from their normal menu, we have been a few times and always had a very nice meal there

We will have a Christmas/Chinese raffle
That is a raffle prize wrapped up. The prize can be anything about £2 - whatever. Maybe a raffle prize you won somewhere that you don't need  

Then you also need a pressy for a lady and one for a man (if there are two of you) or for anyone wrapped up in Chrimbo paper and label lady, gentleman or anyone

This pressy say to the value of a fiver or less

Hopefully father or mother Chrimbo may visit

Friday
     AM   If anyone wants to go there is a bus at 11-27 
             to Preston if we want to go. ( sorry I won't be 
              able to do it)
             But we could go a walk in the woods and pass
             The lake and orchard

Only 12 EHU points available (1st come 1st served) but as I have mentioned earlier, no-one will go without as long as some are willing to share either on a day by day basis or just use it for battery charging and running heating, water etc on gas, you can't split 6 amp if these are being used.
I can try and get more tickets but they will need to be paid for, I don't want to end up buying tickets then if someone doesn't show up I end up out of pocket, let me know and I'll contact David to see if theres any left

Hi Ken...that was just a little joke with Pol...don't need ehu, and quite happy to pay on the door for tickets.
