Bridlington Meet, Wilsthorpe - 6th to 16th July

We have decided to put a limit of 40 vans for this meet, we know they won't all be there at the same time but if we need to use the event shelters (we usually do) there won't be enough space to fit everyone in

10 nights arrive on 6th leave site on 16th.
Price  £6.50 per unit per night  plus usual £1 per person rally fee.
We have a skip on site and ask members to contribute £1 per person (Max of £2 per unit)

Wednesday 12th - Lottery bonus ball - Under the chair Prize (Tried it at Marbury and promise it's not biscuits)
Thursday 13th - Boules (weather dependent) Play your cards right in the evening
Friday 14th - Bingo
Saturday 15th - Coffee morning - Scattering of Peters ashes in the evening followed by American supper in the event shelters
Sunday 16th - Close of meet

On our way home today on the A49 they were resufacing the road . Never seen so much grit flyimg around . Ended up with a a nasty chip on the windowscreen . Tow car was plasted in grit to but niw chiped glass :(so we are not sure what's going to happen . They are coming out to us on Thursday to see if need new windscreen . So we won't know untill till then . So we hope to be with you by the weekend . Fingers crossed just hope they have hymer windscreens in stock . Regards Kate

Can we all please make sure we follow the 6m rule, another 2 caravans burnt out this weekend on a campsite, Regatta field has plenty of room for us to spread out

Well we are now back home in Belle France...after a 3 hour delay at the Channel tunnel...it was BUSY to say the least,.. Christine is STILL unloading all those English goodies... she has been at it for hours

Well thats my work finished and what a sweaty day it was. Just done a booze run. Shopping when Jacs finishes work tomorrow and on our way Satdy morning 

We set off tomorrow stopping at rutland water for the night then Brid hopefully be there by lunch,See you all Saturday.

Still waiting on Autoglass & insurers to get back to us regarding fitting of new windscreen hopefuly today .

We are sorry to say that we aren't able to attend the rally.
Our daughter, who was ferrying the 3 g'kids to ours today (and then clearing off back down south) has now informed us that she's stopping for the week.

Another sunny day at Brid .change of plans for monday night.bingo then the Chinese raffle so bring your wrapped raffle prizes for an evening of fun.
The charity raffle will take place Tuesday evening .pleas place all donations etc on the large table in the event shelter sometime on Tuesday to allow folks to review.
